What time is it?👂🏽GOOD NEWS TIME!!!

Hi Family and Friends,

I am beyond thrilled to share some amazing news with you—we just purchased our new home! 🙌 

After a very longgggg and stressful journey we made it to the settlement table 🙌🏽 To God be the glory!

While this is my 3rd primary home purchase, this one was the most challenging of them all.

With prayer and tenacity we navigated and overcame:

• 3 offers before this one..imagine that!

• my longterm realtor, client, & friend suddenly passes away as we were about to make our 3rd offer (devastated me 😭)

• his broker had to immediately step in and pick up the ball (who happened to sell me my 2nd home btw🙌🏽)

• the pressure of it all pushed us in to marriage counseling

• ended up switching lenders 3 weeks ago to save 60k+ cash to close (a blessing in disguise!)

• missed our original settlement date by 2 days!

• and so much more I don't feel like sharing lol...BUT GOD🙌🏽

But the point of the matter is, we made it with the help of our family, my brother-in love and a few praying friends. 🙏🏽 😘

Next goal ~to sell our old 🏠 and making our new house a home! 🙏🏽🧡

Could the Election Impact Interest Rates?

Interest rates have loomed large for the past two years as the Federal Reserve raised the federal funds rate to its highest level in 23 years in order to combat the worst bout of inflation since the early 1980s.

Wall Street is particularly homed in on interest rates today with the Federal Reserve widely expected to cut rates for the first time in four years at its September meeting.
