I’ve made it to the Finals in the WBENC PowerPlay Pitch Competition! 🙌🏽

This is such an incredible honor, and I’m grateful for all the encouragement, prayers, and support I’ve received along the way.

Thanks to you, I now have the opportunity to represent our region at the WBENC National Power Pitch Finals on November 17, 2025, competing for a chance to win $25,000! 🎉

A Call to Pray and Support Our Friend Hugo 🙏🏽

Hi Family and Friends,

I’m reaching out today to share a heartfelt request on behalf of our dear friends, Jennifer and Hugo.

Jennifer is a sister in Christ and Western High alum of my class 1999. Hugo, a man of faith, compassion, and service has dedicated his life to helping others, even meeting his fiancée Jen while serving on a missions trip in Peru, bringing hope and care to remote villages.

Now, Hugo is facing his own battle, an aggressive brain tumor that has turned his life upside down.

Despite their unwavering faith, Jenn and Hugo have exhausted their financial resources on his initial treatment in Peru. His doctors have now recommended additional surgeries and radiation therapy, but the costs go far beyond what insurance can cover.

Their family has created a GoFundMe to help cover the upcoming surgery and radiation treatment. Every contribution will make a difference in Hugo’s fight for life and recovery.
